Our technical IT services are geared around our Dedicated IT Helpdesk which takes Support Calls for Computer, Network, User, Windows, Server and Software and much more day in day out. 92% of our calls / cases are dealt with remotely, with a site team for hardware failures.
Eitex are Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partners and Cloud Champions. We offer Microsoft Office 365 packages which include Exchange Migration, Kick-Start SharePoint sites and CRM development, Kick-Start Lync Implementations and full IT and Office 365 Support and more.
