GG Glass moved from a Citrix Farm hosted at HQ to a fully cloud based solution. Hosting 7 servers at HQ was very expensive in terms of IT overhead and when the systems required upgrade GG Glass decided to move to the cloud.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is the key technology used by all users and this is backed up with Office 365 for email and file sharing between all locations.

Today the company have no servers at all and IT costs have been reduced by over 70%.

All systems are actively monitored and controlled via our IT Support Helpdesk.

GG Glass are kept up to speed with technology via regular meetings. Discussed recently were:
