John Munroe Hospital – Case Study
John Munroe operate 5 locations with servers and infrastructure at each hospital.
When John Munroe came to Eitex the majority of servers required replacing and better networking was required between sites.
Eitex offered the following solution:
– Moved email from old Exchange server to Office 365
– Provided Office licensing via Office 365
– Replaced all computers with Windows 8 machines via lease
– Consolidated files and folder using SharePoint
– Decommissioned old servers which no longer need replacing
The service allowed John Munroe to upgrade their IT infrastructure, without spending large amounts of money on servers.
All servers are monitored via the Eitex helpdesk and we work closely with the IT Staff at John Munroe.
Moving forward we are looking to implement:
– Microsoft Dynamics CRM
– Microsoft Lync for better site to site communication
– Yammer for better company awareness
