Although we concentrate our efforts on Pro-Active IT Support, We are able to support your systems on an ad-hoc basis, as and when you need us. This is re-active IT support – we react when something goes wrong.

Advantages of this service:

  • No Annual Contract
  • Use us as and when you need us
  • No ongoing costs

Disadvantages of service:

  • Contract customers get priority, therefore some calls may take slightly longer to resolve
  • The hourly rate is slightly higher due to the nature of the business, billing and admin of such services
  • Usually no telephone or remote helpdesk support is provided with this service

Our engineers are fully Microsoft qualified and carry an array of hardware with them, however if we cannot fix your fault on-site, your PC will be returned to our fully fitted workshop.
