Eitex employ a large number of field service technicians who are based at strategic points accross the UK including Yorkshire, Lancashire, Liverpool, London, Glasgow, Newcastle, Stockon-on-Tees, Sheffield and Manchester

IT Support Calls which cannot be resolved from by remote access are dealt with on-site by one of our local Field Service Technicians.

All site work is managed and tracked through the helpdesk software, which can be updated before our technician leaves your premises.

Our engineers carry a large array of components with them including network products, hard drives, RAM etc.
