2nd Line IT Support Engineer

This role is to join our IT Support Helpdesk in Dewsbury as a Second Line Support Engineer. You will be required to take IT Support calls, diagnose and resolve customer issues. The majority of calls will be done remotely, customer visits will also be necessary from time to time so a clean driving license is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in the field is essential, and Microsoft accreditation is preferred.
Salary is dependent on experience.
