Job Overview
To provide 1st line technical support to customers, assisting them with PC, Server, networking and hardware problems via phone, email, ticketing system.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Being part of 1st line support
  • Escalating IT issues where necessary
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Providing desktop and basic server support
  • Setting up and configuring new desktops and laptops
  • Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktops, laptops, servers and hardware
  • Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
  •  Ad-hoc duties as required in line with business needs

Full training and support will be provided.

  • Good customer service skills – experience beneficial

  • Keen interest in the IT/ Technology industry

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary £14,000.00 to £17,500.00 /year depends on experience
