MS CRM and Sage 50 integration provides you with the best of both worlds, you can use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for Marketing, Sales, Quotes and Orders, and Sage for Stock Control, Bill of Materials, Invoicing and Accounts.
The relationship between the 2 products is not standard, but with our solution the systems work together seamlessly. Data can be entered just once in either product, and made available without the need to duplication or re-entering on the other system. An example would be where a new customer is entered into Sage, and that information can then be used in CRM.
The solution is particularly useful for Manufacturing and Engineering companies, or any business which carry out Sales Order Processing.
As well as reduced costs within you accounts and admin departments, greater control can be given to your Sales people. If an Account is placed on ‘stop’ in Sage, i.e. for non-payment, the same Account can automatically be placed on ‘stop’ in CRM. This prevents goods from being dispatched, without the Sales people being aware of the account status.
