  • Microsoft CRM users beware….

If you have been using Microsoft CRM for some time you may have started life on CRM 2011, or V4, or maybe even older. If this is the case then your system may have legacy Java code which is NOT compatible with the new version, CRM 2013!

If your systems are hosted with Microsoft CRM Online they will automatically be updated to the latest version. When this happens your systems may stop working! Likewise if you manually upgrade an on-premises version you should check all code before doing so.

Our developers here at Eitex have been pro-actively updating code on many systems to ensure a smooth and trouble-free upgrade. A demo of CRM 2013 is also provided to ensure productivity is not affected on the day of upgrade.

If you would like a free review of your CRM system please get in touch right away….
