Main responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with general admin-based tasks
  • Daily backup checks/antivirus/monitoring system alerts
  • Checking Sophos licence levels against invoices
  • Checking Altaro backup usage levels against invoices
  • Checking Atera backup usage levels against invoices
  • Checking MS 365 licence usage against invoices
  • Ordering new equipment for customer orders
  • Adding/removing customers in all management systems
  • Carrying our reviews of existing customer licences and matching invoices
