Main responsibilities
- Supporting the team with general admin-based tasks
- Daily backup checks/antivirus/monitoring system alerts
- Checking Sophos licence levels against invoices
- Checking Altaro backup usage levels against invoices
- Checking Atera backup usage levels against invoices
- Checking MS 365 licence usage against invoices
- Ordering new equipment for customer orders
- Adding/removing customers in all management systems
- Carrying our reviews of existing customer licences and matching invoices
