This week, Eitex is delighted to welcome a new member to the team, Richard Mawby. A skilled IT technician with over 16 years’ experience, Richard will take on the role of 2nd line engineer. His depth of knowledge and training expands our ability to continue offering first class IT support to existing and new customers.
He is also used to working in busy and sometimes stressful situations. During his career, he’s manned hectic help desks and offered field support technician services to half a dozen regional offices at once. His Microsoft expertise equips him with the breadth of knowledge needed to find solutions to complex IT problems.
A Highly Qualified Engineer
His qualifications include VMWare V13 installation and configuration, and implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange. He is also a certified LANDesk Administrator.
The range of his experience matches the depth of his knowledge. From software and hardware support of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 Pro devices, to Citrix Xenapp Centre infrastructure administration and support, hence, Richard has exactly the skills that Eitex customers need.
Excellent Problem Solving Skills
