We are pleased to announce that the IT Help Desk is now open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. This will provide customers with improved access to our support services.

Customers hours extended
We have realised during the pandemic that a lot of our customers are working longer hours. Many of our customers are no longer communicating to work. Due to this, they jump onto their computers earlier or leave later.
That’s why we’ve extended our IT Help Desk opening times for an extra two hours. This gives our customer’s improved access to our support services throughout their working day.
