Following customer feedback, Microsoft are replacing three current plans:

|Small Business Premium
|Office 365 Business Essentials
|Office 365 Business Premium
Customers will be notified of the changes with regards to moving to the new plans. Customers will automatically sign-up to the new plans from 1st October 2014.
Microsoft plans to replace three current Office 365 plans — Small Business, Small Business Premium and Midsize Business — with new plans, effective Oct. 1. There will be no changes to core functionality, also no changes will be made to Enterprise Subscriptions.
There will be some price changes which will be confirmed shortly.
The seat count of current ‘Small Business’ or ‘Small Business Premium’ plans will receive a seat count increase from 25 users to 300 users, although Active Directory Synchronisation will still not be included.
