I contacted Jordan from recommendation after suffering hardware failure and unable to reach my existing IT support despite attempts for a few days. I was unable to do any work at all which was affecting my business, leading to considerable stress and frustration. Jordan quickly referred me to Mark who immediately got to work, setting up systems on alternative hardware and ensuring all synced with the server. I was able to get back up and running just 1.5 hours later. Due to my experience we are looking to arrange for Eitex to repair the hardware and move our IT support to them. I would highly recommend Jordan, Mark and the team.

Friend of friend referred us to Eitex. Jordan and Tom visited and listened to our needs surrounding security, backups, Office 365, calendar syncing and general streamlining of data.
We jumped in an went for the equipment and services offered. Tom and his team cracked on with the installation, also connecting our different units across the industrial estate.
This has helped us streamline our business and effectively get things done quicker and knowing that our data is backed up both onsite and to the cloud. As a result we have been able to obtain more business ourselves.
One more thing, we had a laptop stolen one morning. The next morning Eitex had delivered a new laptop to us personally, already setup and configured so our staff member could carry on work as usual with no time nor data lost.

Eitex were the I.T provider where I was working in an SME, they are super efficient and very professional and their customer service is second to none. They facilitated what turned out to be a complex office move of 87 staff with absolute ease. A great team.

I would highly recommend Eitex for any SME that requires professional I.T. support delivered with great customer service.
They have never failed to do a great job for us including fixing all sorts of I.T issues, projects (SharePoint, Teams Voice etc) and sourcing & setting up equipment.

Thanks to the Jordan & Dean for arranging a prompt audit of my company, friendly and helpful are the top words that come to mind. Quote for a migration and SharePoint / Teams build was very reasonable and completed promptly by the projects team, they talked us through each step and helped my team prepare for the changes in our way of working. Since completion a few weeks ago the guys on the Helpdesk have always got back to me and my team quickly with any issue. 100% recommend Eitex for any of your companies needs, we can’t fault them.

Great webinar session run by the team at Eitex! A nice balance between overview and detail that then gives you what you need to see how the systems being discussed could work with your business. You aren't then flooded with information about parts that are not so relevant to you, so you can get a better overall understanding which is an ideal starting point allowing you to then dive deeper into the more useful topics.

I attended a Microsoft Teams demo recently and was impressed by the way the session was delivered. I particularly like being able to see the presenter's face which builds rapport and engagement. Also hearing about how Eitex use Teams was helpful. I have attended other Teams training in which it seemed that every way to do every thing was covered which is a bit mind blowing if the topic is new to you. Thanks guys!

I recently attended a Microsoft Teams workshop as its a tool I am keen to embrace in my new role and when an opportunity arose to see it in use by the professionals I got in contact and I am so glad I did.
It was conducted in a relaxed environment where you feel comfortable to ask questions/pitch scenarios of use and also have the ability to see how it used elsewhere
I worked at Eitex nearly 10 years ago Eitex has always been keen to be at the forefront and embrace changes within the IT space and its nice to see that's still the case with Dean and his team.

Dean went down to Reading last Friday to Microsoft to the Office 365 launch event. Bringing a change in plans and newer ways to implement Office into your business. After watching a demo presented by James Akrigg, Head of Technology for Partners, Dean got the rare opportunity to meet James afterward.
After this opportunity Dean said “Having this opportunity to talk to the developers who can answer these questions is golden. This knowledge that I now have from asking the right people will now allow me to progress and show customers that Office 365 is truly the way forward.”
