Salvo’s infrastructure was a combination of Server, Google Apps / Mail and Exchange Mail, client computers, Wi-Fi. Although the systems worked reasonably well the solution wasn’t streamlined, and problems often occurred.
Further to discussions with the Salvo’s family it was decided to remove the server, consolidate email using Office 365 and simplify the network.
The new infrastructure requires less IT Support on an on-going basis, and is more robust. As a result staff can concentrate on what they do best, serving great food!
