Job Description

Due to company expansion an exciting position has arisen for a IT Support Engineer to join a very successful and rapidly growing business in Castleford. The IT Support Engineer role is an opportunity to join a busy service desk where customer care is paramount and a chance to excel and grow within the business. Working alongside a team of experienced IT Support Engineers, and having access to industry standard training and qualifications, this role represents an excellent opportunity for career progression.

Reporting into the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient remote/onsite support and services.


    Experience in providing IT support, ideally in a help-desk environment
    Desktop experience using Windows 7 and/or 10
    Active Directory knowledge/experience
    Experience of networking

Highly desirable skills:

Microsoft Office 365
Windows 2003 – 2012 R2 Server
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 – 2016
Networking knowledge covering LAN/vLAN/WAN technologies
AntiVirus software
Backup solutions

Start date is ASAP
