Packaging manufacturer & designer Parkside Flexibles operates from two locations, their head office in Normanton and a further team based in Kuala Lumpur. With board-level stakeholders relying on their systems daily, consistent and dependable IT support across both sites is essential to how they operate.
The Challenge
Parkside’s previous IT support was reactive, resolving tickets but nothing more. There was no strategic input, no proactive threat management or support helping the business helping the business get more from the technology it already had. We didn’t just stop at tickets at troubleshooting. We introduced regular training to upskill Parkside’s team, along with ongoing cyber security recommendations to keep them ahead of emerging threats. When Parkside told us they were new to Copilot, we ran hands-on demos to show them exactly how it could work for their business.
